Originally trained as a Doctor of Dental Surgery, graduating in the Dominican Republic in 2006, Giselle Fermín built an early foundation of discipline, clinical precision and excellence in client service — principles she would later carry into a very different industry: luxury real estate in the United States.
Her arrival in Miami as an immigrant marked the start of a determined professional reinvention. Rather than seeing that change as a loss, she made it the foundation of a new calling: advising investors — particularly from Latin America — on high-impact financial decisions that, as she experienced herself, reshape a family's future.
Her specialization in pre-construction and branded residences has allowed her to guide many investors from Mexico, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Argentina, among other markets, through the entire investment cycle: from the initial analysis of each opportunity to the closing of the transaction. Now leading her own practice as a Realtor® in Miami, Giselle works actively in landmark developments in Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Worldcenter, Wynwood, the Design District, Edgewater, Midtown, Miami Beach and Bay Harbor, combining rigorous market analysis with strategic, personalized guidance. She is the author of a book on real estate investment and pre-construction in Miami, which she uses as a tool to educate and build trust with every investor she takes on.
